1. High temperature resistance: The high temperature resistance of high temperature wires is its most basic feature. Generally, the maximum temperature that high-temperature wires can withstand is 1000°C. This is because high-temperature environments can cause the cable material to melt, thereby disabling the function of transmitting data or power. Therefore, high-temperature wires used in high-temperature environments must have higher melting points and melting temperatures.
2. Corrosion resistance: Corrosion often occurs in some high-temperature environments. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of high-temperature wires is also very important. High-temperature wires are often used in environments containing chemicals that may adversely affect sensor cables. Therefore, high-temperature wires must be resistant to corrosion and acid attack.
3. Wear resistance: High-temperature wires are often used in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-speed environments, such as in aircraft, automobile engines, and other fields.
